terms of service.
last updated 23 october 2026
By installing the Viky AI extension or using vikyai.xyz you agree to these terms.
the service
Viky AI is a Chrome extension and website that send your requests to AI models and return the results inside the page you are on. Features, models and credit costs may change as providers change.
your account
Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
acceptable use
- no illegal content, harassment, malware, or attempts to break or overload the service
- no resale or automated scraping of the service, and no sharing of accounts
- follow the usage policies of the model providers your requests reach
ai output
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check it before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions. You own the content you submit and, to the extent the law allows, the output you receive.
plans, credits and billing
Free accounts get daily credits that reset at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Polar, and renew until cancelled. Extra credits that come with a paid plan do not expire while your account is open. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
Questions about a charge or a refund go to support@vikyai.xyz.
availability
We work to keep Viky running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; significant changes will be announced in the extension or by email. Questions go to support@vikyai.xyz. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
